However, the condition of the room left something to be desired, with some elements appearing quite tired and in need of refurbishment. The location was decent for exploring the city, though it's a bit of a walk to the main attractions. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were areas that could use improvement.

However, I found my room a bit tired and in need of renovation, which detracted from my overall experience.

My stay at The Westin Zagreb was a mixed experience. While the hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city and the breakfast had a great variety, I found the room to be a bit worn and in need of upgrades. Interactions with the reception staff left me feeling disappointed, as they were not as accommodating as I had expected from a Westin hotel.

Rooms

The room offered a decent size and a city view, but the furniture felt dated and the mattress was sunken. I noticed the bathrobes had frayed edges, which didn't align with my expectations.
Service

I had mixed feelings about the service. While the room service and housekeeping were commendable, my interactions with the reception staff were unsatisfactory. Specifically, their responses to my concerns about the cigarette smoke in the hallway were less than ideal.

Dining

Breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of food, but I found some items to be lukewarm. Nonetheless, there were plenty of healthy options to choose from, and I particularly enjoyed the omelet station.
